HANGZHOU HLK ADVANCED MATERIALS TECH.CO.,LTD is a technology-based enterprise dedicated to the research and development and production of new materials. It is a vice-director unit of the China Friction and Sealing Materials Association, a national high-tech enterprise, a famous trademark enterprise in Zhejiang Province, and a famous brand enterprise in Hangzhou. It has a provincial enterprise technology research and development center. The company currently has total assets of more than 90 million yuan, covers an area ofmore than 50,000 square meters, and a plant area ofmore than 35,000 square meters. The company currently has more than 160 employees, including more than 50 college graduates. The company has more than 300 sets of various production equipment and inspection and testing equipment such as Claus testing machine, three-element analyzer, wet friction tester, thermal expansion tester, compression strength measuring instrument, etc., and has the world's advanced research and development, production and testing capabilities. At present, the company mainly produces motorcycle clutch friction plates, motorcycle brake shoes and disc brake plates, lawn mower and chain saw gasoline engine clutches, automobile air-conditioning compressor electromagnetic clutch friction plates, engineering machinery brake pads, motor brake discs, friction plates and other friction materials and components, with an annual production capacity of more than 8 million sets.


The company vigorously promotes the policy of developing enterprises through science and technology, continuously introduces talents, establishes long-term cooperative relations with many universities and scientific research institutions, and established the "Joint Research and Development Center of Friction Materials" with the Institute of Physics and Chemistry of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2012 to jointly develop special friction materials. It has laid a strong foundation for the company to develop and manufacture new products. The company has currently obtained 50 patents, including 12 invention patents and 38 utility model patents. There are 15 related patents that have been applied for and accepted, including 7 invention patents and 8 utility model patents.

The company attaches great importance to the standardization of production management, and has established basic management, product quality management, cost management, consumption quota management, marketing management, and procurement (materials) management systems. It always puts quality first in product production. Quality indicators have veto power in production management. The entire process of product production from design, material entry, semi-finished product production to finished product production is strictly in accordance with the requirements of the company's internal control standards for effective and predictive quality control, and quality control points are set to ensure the long-term stability of product quality. The company has passed IATF16949:2016 quality management system certification, ISO9001 quality management system, ISO14001:2015 environmental management system certification and ISO45001:2018 occupational health and safety management system certification, and established a prevention-oriented full-process management and control system.
